Christophe Devoille is the Executive Pastry Chef at Atlantis The Royal, Dubai, renowned for his expertise in creating exquisite desserts and afternoon tea experiences. Born in Strasbourg, France, Devoille discovered his passion for pastry at 15, baking with his mother. After attending pastry school, he trained with world-renowned chefs, including Alain Ducasse. His career highlights include leading the pre-opening of Wynn Palace in Macao and crafting its legendary macarons.

At Atlantis The Royal, Devoille offers both traditional and Emirati-inspired afternoon teas, featuring unique Arabic pastries and luxury desserts. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, using only the finest ingredients from around the globe, and for creating signature desserts like the vegan, gluten-free Vanilla and Blueberry Water Droplet. Throughout his career, Devoille has worked in prestigious locations worldwide, from New York’s La Côte Basque to London’s Annabel’s. His desserts at Atlantis reflect a balance of harmony, simplicity, and local flavors.
